With more than 16 years in the fitness industry, and instructors comprehensively trained with traditional Pilates work through Peak Pilates and Balance Body, Twin Cities Pilates works with every BODY, because Pilates is truly for everyone. We are here to help you feel and be fit, however that means to you.
